Security & Responsible Disclosure

Access Business Technologies, LLC (“ABT”) takes the security of our systems seriously, including the ABT Portal and related services. If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability or a security incident involving ABT systems, please report it using the process below.

How to Report a Security Issue

Email: support@myabt.com

Please include “Security Report” in the subject line so your message can be routed and prioritized appropriately.

What to Include

  • A clear description of what you observed
  • The affected system, URL, or ABT Portal area
  • Relevant timestamps, screenshots, or logs (if available)
  • Your contact information and preferred method of follow-up

Responsible Reporting Guidelines

  • Do not access, modify, download, delete, or attempt to view customer or ABT confidential data
  • Do not exploit issues beyond what is necessary to describe what you observed
  • Do not run automated scanning, penetration testing, or denial-of-service testing without prior written authorization from ABT
  • Do not publicly disclose the issue before ABT has had an opportunity to investigate

Scope

This reporting process applies to ABT-owned and ABT-managed systems, including the ABT Portal and ABT-managed infrastructure. Third-party platforms and services are governed by their respective providers’ policies and terms.

No Bug Bounty

ABT does not operate a public bug bounty program. Reporting a vulnerability does not entitle the reporter to compensation unless explicitly agreed in writing by ABT.
