Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your access to and use of any ABT systems that require authentication, including the ABT Portal, assessments, integrations, uploads, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Access Business Technologies, LLC (“ABT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this AUP, the Terms of Service, and any applicable customer agreements.
Permitted Use
You may use the Services solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with your agreement with ABT and all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities
- Accessing systems without authorization or beyond your permitted scope
- Uploading malware, malicious code, or harmful content
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without written authorization
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting data except as permitted
- Interfering with system availability, integrity, or performance
- Sharing credentials or enabling unauthorized access
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. You must notify ABT promptly of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
Monitoring and Enforcement
ABT may monitor usage to protect security and may suspend or terminate access if this AUP is violated or risk is identified.
