Email and Anti-Spam Policy

Access Business Technologies (ABT) emails customers, partners, and people who have asked to hear from us. This policy governs how our website, myabt.com, appears in email.

1. Our website stays out of unsolicited email

ABT, its employees, and any vendor, affiliate, or partner acting for ABT may not advertise, name, or link myabt.com or any of its subdomains in unsolicited commercial email. This includes links that forward or redirect to myabt.com.

2. Where myabt.com appears

Our website appears in email to customers about their services, in support and transactional messages, in replies to people who contacted us first, and in marketing email to people who asked to receive it.

3. Stopping our email

Every commercial email from ABT tells the reader how to stop further messages. We honor each request across all of our systems promptly, and always within 10 business days.

4. Vendors and partners

Anyone who sends email on ABT's behalf follows this policy, and we end that arrangement when it is broken.

5. Reporting abuse

If you receive email that advertises myabt.com without asking for it, forward it with full headers to abuse@myabt.com. We investigate every report, stop the sender, and tell you what we found.
