Core Business
At the base of our business is our ability provide a platform where the top mortgage industry applications can be delivered via the internet as a managed service.

This platform, called PowerCore , is the underlying infrastructure and provisioning system that accommodates rapid and easy deployment coupled with world-class security and redundancy. We add further value and create a more complete solution for our customers and partners by providing The MortgageDesktop, our single interface for all applications and MortgageExchange, our integration and data warehousing product.

All of these services are provided with partner and vendor neutrality in mind. The idea of a neutral partner is key to our success since we are ultimately entrusted to provide a solution, not a specific product set.

Our Partnerships
We have worked with numerous software applications and providers and have developed partnerships with many of the best of breed companies in the Mortgage Industry. These partnerships are based on our ability to deliver a proven and trusted integration and delivery system to their clients (which, by the way, is standing at a 100% product adaptability rate). These partnerships are NOT based on any type of promotional or preferential agreements. With our Software as a Service” (SaaS) and Data Integration competencies, we are able to provide our partners with valuable hosting and product integration expertise. We also provide a robust test environment, ensuring the hosting and integration of partner products perform flawlessly. This type of collaborative partnership ultimately accelerates the integration and hosting aspects of the offering – getting the product to market faster and with a high level of quality.

As an ongoing service, we provide our partners with a stable, world-class platform for delivering their product as a SaaS. In addition, and separate from a traditional ASP offering, that same customer has the unique capability of a one-stop-shop for additional hosted business solutions - a well-proven benefit that makes a hosted solution more appealing. This provides our partners with broader market appeal and the ability to be part of a total client solution.
